MayerPhotography Contract

MAYER PHOTOGRAPHY SESSION CONTRACT

This Photography Contract (the "Contract") is entered into between Mayer Photography/Christopher J. Mayer, hereinafter referred to as the "Photographer," and the "Client."

PAYMENT TERMS & AGREEMENT:

• A non-refundable retainer is required to secure your session date and time. By submitting the deposit on the website, the Client agrees to all terms of this Contract.
• The remaining balance is due at the time of the session.
• Any additional services requested during or after the session will require additional payment.

USAGE RIGHTS:

• The Photographer retains the copyright to all images captured during the session.
• The Client is granted personal use rights to print and share images for non-commercial purposes.
• The Photographer may use selected images for promotional purposes, including online portfolios and social media.
• The final post-production and editing styles, effects, and overall look of the images are left to the discretion of the Photographer. Altering or re-editing of images by the Client or any third party is not permitted.
• The Client understands that the colors and tones in the images may differ slightly from real life.

MISCELLANEOUS:

• The Photographer is not liable for any delays or failure to perform due to causes beyond their control.
• Any additional requests or changes must be communicated in writing and may incur additional charges.

AGREEMENT AND ACCEPTANCE:

By submitting the deposit on Mayer Photography’s website, the Client acknowledges they have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the terms of this Contract.
